Mahler Symphonie No. 4
Mahler’s Fourth Symphony featured in one of Daniele Gatti’s first concerts as conductor at the helm of the Orchestre National de France, on 7 December 2006 at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées. A few months before the end of his term as musical director as he prepares to depart for pastures new, it will be interesting to hear this great symphony under his baton once again, and to witness the close bond which he has developed with this orchestra.
